Welcome to REO! For 100 years, our family-run company has stood for innovation and outstanding quality in the development and production of inductive, resistive and electronic components as well as customised complete solutions.
Who are we?
REO was founded in Berlin in 1925 and began manufacturing lighting solutions for advertising and billboards. The name REO is derived from the motto „Reklame Erster Ordnung“, which means „First Order Advertising“. Over the decades, we have continuously expanded our portfolio – from electrical resistors and transformers to frequency converters, filters and chokes as well as solutions for Industry 4.0. Today, we are an internationally positioned, still family-run company with subsidiaries in Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. Despite our global presence, the core of our company remains unchanged: Passion, innovation and the highest quality in the development of our products and customised solutions, which we produce at our sites in Germany.
