IP54 or IP20 Description The REOVIB MTS series includes single, dual, and triple-channel control units for vibratory feeder drives. These are phase-angle controls. Consequently, the vibration frequency of the conveying devices can be equal to or twice as high as the mains frequency of the input voltage (depending on the type, other frequencies are also possible). Plug connections for all inputs and outputs enable quick connection and facilitate the combination of multiple devices with each other or with external controls. The devices operate using digital technology and are controlled via an LED or LCD display and buttons. All settings can be made without the housing having to be opened. The REOVIB MTS 441 control units have a setpoint adjustment option for the conveying speed. All parameters can be entered via the display integrated in the front panel. The MTS 441 can be linked to other devices from the REOVIB MTS series. User-specific settings can be saved and recalled. IP20 Description The REOVIB SMART series includes phase angle control units for use in vibratory conveyor applications. The devices offer the key functions for use in vibratory feeder technology, thus providing a cost-effective solution for controlling vibratory feeders – and in a high-quality design. The devices are available in various protection classes – as a control cabinet installation module in IP20 or as a housing variant in IP54 for direct mounting on the application.
