REOMED

Isolating transformers for medical technology Ed. 3.2

REO has successfully completed the certification according to IEC 60601-1 (Edition 3.2) for its REOMED isolation Transformers. This certification has been mandatory since October 2024 and underscores the quality and reliability of the REOMED series, which was specifically developed for medical technology. The isolation Transformers offer maximum safety and reliability, which are essential for use in medical devices and systems. These Transformers are used worldwide in a variety of medical applications, from hospital equipment to complex medical imaging systems. REOMED Transformers are characterized by their excellent insulation capability and low electromagnetic interference, ensuring safe and reliable operation. An example of the products in this series is the REOMED 2200, which is unique with its rated output power of 2200 VA.
Furthermore, this isolation Transformer offers improved voltage stability and optimized heat dissipation, leading to an extended service life and increased operational safety. With the successful testing of the 3.2 Edition, the REOMED isolation Transformers are optimally prepared for current and future market requirements and comply with:
