Every vibratory conveyor requires a control unit for controlled operation. Under the brand name REOVIB, REO offers you various series of control units for all requirements relating to the conveying characteristics of a vibratory conveyor and the flow of the conveyed parts. Starting with simple controllers that use triacs or thyristors in phase angle control to provide a variable voltage for the magnet, through to frequency converters that generate any drive frequency and amplitude for the vibratory conveyors, these series include a wide range of control units. The devices range from printed circuit board designs for integration into your own enclosures or switch boxes, to switch cabinet installation devices for mounting rails or mounting plates, to self-contained enclosure designs in protection classes from IP54 to IP65.

Control inputs and outputs can be used to link individual devices to form systems that operate entire feeding stations. Connections to higher-level control systems can be implemented via analogue signals or fieldbus couplings such as Profibus, CAN bus, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP and ProfiNet. Many models are also available with UL/CSA certification as an option.
